Below: All three of Beadle County’s 4-H Rabbit showmanship participants earned high honors at the S.D. State Fair. (L to R) Hailey Schoenfelder earned first place in the Junior division, Hannah Schoenfelder earned 5th place in the Senior Division and Kate Hamilton earned 4th place in the Senior Division.  Rabbit showmanship requires participants to individually present their rabbit in front of a judge, show and tell the parts of their rabbit, check the health of a rabbit, tell breed specifics of the rabbit and answer questions the judge asks regarding rabbits.
