SIOUX FALLS — The Dakota Riptide, which includes swimmers from Mitchell and Huron had three champions during the South Dakota State A Long Course Swim Meet, which was held July 22-24 in Sioux Falls.
Owen Raml won four titles for the Riptide in age 13 division. He was first in the 200-meter individual medley, 100 butterfly, 50 freestyle and 200 butterfly.
Nash Kremer on the 50 freestyle for ages 8 for the Riptide, while Abigail Warmbrand was first in the 200 breaststroke for ages 15.
Several other swimmers placed in the top three during the event.
