HURON — Ramona Hernandez Sanquiche, age 80, of Huron, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021, at her home.
Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 18, at the Kuhler Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Ramona was born September 1, 1940, to Julio Hernandez and Carlina Sanquiche at San Juan, Puerto Rico. In December of 1963, Ramona married Juan Figeroa Osorio at New York.
Ramona was a strong, brave and very optimistic person who loved her family and took time to listen to anyone and the record shows she always had the best advice to give.
Grateful for having shared in her life are her daughter, Leslie and her husband, Les Graff of Huron; her grandchildren, Opal Marie Cruz, Bethany Graff, Carey Graff, Michelle Graff, Savanah Graff and Korey-Allen Graff; her great-grandchildren, Naiomi Cruz, Bailey Cruz, Chase Graff, Ava Graff, Bently Graff, Jaxton Graff, Mateo Graff and Miguel Graff; and one sister, Zoraida Feliciano.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Juan; and three brothers.
