Madison 2-3 Center third-grader Klo Paw, at left, and Washington 4-5 Center fifth-grader Darrien Martin, shown at right, won movie tickets to Huron Luxury Cinemas with their winning entries in a recycling contest after “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” presentations by the Huron Solid Waste Department. With the students in both pictures is Liz Little Eagle from the solid waste department. In their entries, the students listed things they can do to reduce waste as well as things they can recycle, and also drew pictures of items they can reuse.
