REDFIELD — Richard James Hoffart, 83, of Redfield, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Redfield. Inurnment, with military honors, will follow.
The Mass will be live-streamed from the church at 10:30 a.m. Masks and social distancing are recommended if attending.
Richard was born Dec. 5, 1936, to Valentine and Rose (Goetz) Hoffart.
He married Eileen Tuscherer October 14, 1958.
He is survived by his wife; children, Roxanne Bell (Ronnie), Karla Baus (Sean O’Brien), Gene Hoffart (Laurel Viera), and Penny Swanson (Kenny); 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren, son-in-law, Brian Baus; siblings,Virginia Collett, Donna Huber, Carol Androli, and Rosemary Martin.
He is proceeded in death by his parents; step-father; grandson, Nathon Baus; sister, Lamoyle Heilman; and brothers, Larry, Sam, and Jerry Ryman.
