MILLER — Roger Mastel, 65, of Miller, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020, at Avera St. Luke’s Hospital in Aberdeen.
Private funeral services will be held. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, at Reck Funeral Home. Burial will be at GAR Cemetery inMiller. Masks will be required.
Roger Edward Mastel was born January 14, 1955, to Edward Peter and Joann (Merkel) Mastel.
Roger started working at an early age delivering the Plainsman for many years.
Roger left behind his mother, Joann; sister, Peggy (Mike) Namanny; two nephews, Gary (Brenda) Nammany and Clint (Angie) Nammany; great- nephews, Malacho Namanny, Zachary Namanny, and Dom Namanny; and great niece, Pipper Namanny; and all his friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Mastel in 1998.
