RENO, Nevada — Roger Moeller of Reno, Nevada, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019, after a short battle with lung cancer.
His funeral service and burial were held in Reno with his family present.
He grew up on the family farm near Cavour. After high school, he served four years in the United States Navy and then moved to California to pursue his passion to be a bull rider in the rodeos. After several years, he moved to Reno, Nevada where he resided for 20 plus years.
He is survived by his sister, Kathy Peschong of Mitchell; nephew, Jeff Watkins of Renner; and niece, Michelle Moller of Crooks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Phyllis Moeller; and his brother, Gary Dean.
