One of the unmistakable cues that the South Dakota State Fair is nearing is moving the “walk-through” manufactured homes to their customary place, just off Third Street on the East side of the Fairgrounds. This year’s fair begins Wednesday, August 29, with Channel Seeds Preview Day.
