The remnants of last weekend’s snowstorm and blizzard is piled along Nevada Ave., on the east side of the S.D. State Fairgrounds, slowly melting away the final remnants of what everyone hopes is the final gasp of winter. Snow was piled along both sides of the street, reaching heights of more than 10 feet and creating a snow valley.
