HURON — Stacy Walker, age 46, of Huron, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at her home.
Her Funeral service will be 3 p.m., August 1, at Welter Funeral Home in Huron. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home starting at 1 p.m.
Stacy Walker was born December 19, 1971, in Denver, Colo. to Thomas Harris and Sandy Walker. She graduated from Huron High School in 1990, and attended Lake Area Technical College in Watertown, where she studied to be a medical assistant. 
She enjoyed playing on pool and dart leagues and also supporting diabetes associations. Stacy enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Kylee Walker, Bradee Brown both of Huron, Dana (Daniel) Hahn, and Danielle Brown both of Flandreau; two grandchildren, Paislee Walker and TJ Clement; mother, Sandy Walker of Huron; sister, Kris Fodness; special aunts and uncles, Sharon and Gary Hansen, Ronny and Sally Walker, Dennis and Louise Walker, and Stan and Trudy Walker; special cousins, Darcy Hansen, and Shawn Maloney; great aunt Phyllis Rowan; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; grandson, Nash Hahn; and special friend, Don Jury.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in Stacy’s name or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
