 HURON — Tammi Waldner, 54, of Huron, , passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at the Huron Regional Medical Center.
Her memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 18, at the Welter Funeral Home in Huron. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Tammi McFarlane was born on March 1, 1963, in Huron to Merle and Caroline (Deyo) McFarlane. She attended school and graduated from Huron High School. She worked at the Royal River Casino in Flandreau as a Black Jack dealer for several years. She also worked at various other jobs until her health forced her to retire.
 She was united in marriage to  Albert J. Waldner January 16, 1981. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. She enjoyed playing softball, cards, and all types of games.  She was a member of a bowling league in Madison for many years.
She is survived by her sons, Jason (Dawn) Waldner, and Jeramy Waldner both of Madison; mother, Caroline McFarlane of Huron;  sisters, Laurel (Kevin) Scheel, and LeAnn Jackson both of Huron; and many nieces and nephews.
 Tammi was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Merle McFarlane; and brothers, Dan and Gene McFarlane.
