Charleigh Brewer of Wessington took first place in the average for the ground tie competition for grades 6-and-under during the Ty Tuff Challenge at the South Dakota State Fair on Aug. 30. Brewer also won the barrel racing, goat tying and flag race for ages 7-9 during the MVHC Youth Rodeo in Chamberlain on Sunday.
