Volunteers needed for NJHSFR in June

HURON – What is billed as the second-largest rodeo in the world is coming to Huron this summer and there is a need for many helpers.
Many volunteers are needed to staff the National Junior High School Finals Rodeo in Huron in June.
The biggest need is for people to help register and check in the 1,200 contestants and their families.
But people are also needed to man the welcome booth and to take tickets for the weeklong performances.
To volunteer, call the Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau at 352-0000 or go online at www.huronsd.com.
Click on Huron’s home page and scroll down under the upcoming events listing to the red, white and blue star where there is a sign up form.
