FORT THOMPSON — Winfred Middletent, 63, of Fort Thompson, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021, at Sandford Medical Center in Sioux Falls.
A memorial service is today at 11 a.m., at Diamond Willow Church in Fort Thompson. Burial will follow at All Saint’s Cemetery in Fort Thompson.
Survivors include his brothers, Ernest of Rapid City, and David Middletent of Fort Thompson; 15 nephews; nine nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
Greeting Sobie in the spirit world were his mother, Adeline; father, Ernest; brothers, Stanford, Fredrick, Donald, Victor, and Treon Middletent; sisters, Ernestine, Victorine, Irene, Caroline, and Ruth; grandparents, Treon Red Day and Emma Slow and John Middletent and Kate Little Dog.
