PIERRE — The Town of Hitchcock’s public water system and the system’s operation specialists were recently awarded a Secretary’s Award for Drinking Water Excellence, by the S.D. Dept. to Agriculture and Natural Resources.

“With more than 23 consecutive years of compliance, the Hitchcock water system has demonstrated its commitment ot proividing its customers with safe and reliable drinking water,” said SDDANR Sec. Hunter Roberts.
