Tate Meyer of Huron claimed a state title in the junior boys’ cattle riding during the South Dakota State 4-H Finals Rodeo, which concluded Sunday in Ft. Pierre. Meyer recorded a 68 in the first go to share second place and then tallied 64 in the second go to win the average with 132 points.
