To the Editor:
After the recent storm I had to deliver trees to the landfill. I was hot, tired, sweaty, scratched, bleeding and barely moving. As I stopped on the scale I was greeted with the biggest smile. This young lady’s whole continence just oozed with joy. She was very gracious as she explained that there was not a charge because of the storm damage. She gave me detailed directions and made sure I understood.
When I returned – the same big smile greeted me and she sent me on my way with ‘Have a great rest of the day.’
