After months of little or no indication of any activity, spring work was taking place Tuesday at Restlawn Memory Garden south of Huron. Workers were topping off sunken burial plots and installing new headstone markers.
According to a spokesperson with the S.D. Attorney General’s office, there are currently 47 complaints that are part of the ongoing investation.
