HURON — Ever thought that being part of a swim team sounded like fun?
The Huron Wobbegongs Swim Team is hosting a free trial period, through April 26, at the Nordby Center for Recreation’s swiming pool. Times are from 5 to 6 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday, and 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
Interested swimmers are encouraged to attend all four days if possible.
Nothing is required other than a swim suit, a set of goggles and a towel for the tryout. This is for swimmers age 5-18 and those with Level 3 swimming lessons are preferred. After the trial period the swimmer’s level of registration will be determined based on interest, age and skill level.
