HURON — With four of the top five golfers, Aberdeen Central won the Huron Quadrangular held Tuesday at Broadland Creek Golf Course.
The Golden Eagles finished with a 1-over-par 289 to win the event. Mitchell was second at 310. Rounding out the field of teams were Miller at 363 and Huron at 454.
Olivia Braun turned in a 5-under-par 67 to claim the medalist honors for Aberdeen Centra.
Maddie Childs of Mitchell and Emma Dohrer of Aberdeen Central shared the second spot with scores of 71.
Rounding out the top five were Chloe Vikander and Kyley Wirebaugh of Aberdeen Central in fourth and fifth place, respectively, with scores of 75 and 76.
Miller teammates Kaihlyn Anderberg and Jayce Pugh shared the eighth spot with scores of 81. Tayler Brueggeman was 15th for the Rustlers at 99, while Bailey Brueggeman was 17th at 102.
Taylor Sorben led Huron with a 98. Olivia Purintun finished at 113, followed by Elle Waldoch at 115 and Kolby Glanzer at 128.
Next up for the Tigers is the Pierre Invitational on April 28.
