Travis Kleinsasser, shown on right, shared with Post 7 members and Commander, Dan Hoellein, left, his experiences and impressions from attending 2017 SD Boys State. Boys State is held annually in Aberdeen. It instructs high school juniors on rights, privileges and responsibilities of citizens; centering on the structure of city, county, and state governments. It is, but one of many American Legion funded youth programs. Travis thanked Post 7 for the opportunity to attend the week long program.
