For the second year, the Midwest Dairy Association and the South Dakota Dairy Producers have sponsored on-site cheese carving at the South Dakota State Fair. This year carvers Doug Dutenhoeffer, pictured, and Roger Schiebe. Schiebe carved the dairy association logo on a block of cheddar, while Dutenhoeffer chose to do the this year’s state fair logo of “Seriously Twisted Fun.”
Dutenhoeffer will be back in action completing his sculpture this morning at 10 a.m. in the Dakota Marketplace.
