Representative Bob Glanzer, Senator Jim White, Governor Dennis Daugaard, Representative Roger Chase, and Myron Rau, SD Trucking Association at the signing of SB151–revise certain provisions regarding the sale of trailers at special events, and to declare an emergency. This action was necessary for events affiliated with the National Junior High Finals Rodeo to be held at the South Dakota State Fair Grounds.
