Residents and staff at StoneyBrook Suites Assisted Living Center in Huron hosted an open house for the newly expanded areas. In addition to some room renovations, a new movie theater was added - complete with fresh popcorn maker, as well as the new coffee shop and seating area just off the lobby.
First, resident Harriet Binger proudly holds her new great-granddaughter in one of the new chairs in the seating area.
Next, Resident Assistant and Medication Aide Brittany Janish mans the new popcorn machine, which boasted an extended list of flavors to add to the movie theater snack.
And next, Bruce Burckhardt, R.Ph, the President and CEO for StoneyBrook visits with some of the residents who were making use of the new bistro tables in the coffee shop.
