Under the watchful eyes of a pair of S.D. Highway Patrol officers, participants in the annual Safety City show that they have learned the meaning of a variety of road signs, as they pedal around the parking lot at the S.D. National Guard Armory on the S.D. State Fairgrounds. More photos from Safety Town will be published in the Plainsman Weekend Edition.
