Nutrition Project
(Menus for Huron, Highmore, Hitchcock, Wessington Springs and Woonsocket nutrition sites.)Meals are served at the Huron Area Senior Center, 290 Seventh St. S.W., from 11:30 a.m. to noon. To make a meal reservation, call 352-6091 or 352-8291.
Thank you to members of Senior Center Volunteers for delivering meals in Huron this week.
MONDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce garnished with diced green pepper, broccoli, toasted garlic round, pudding with whipped topping,  and banana.
TUESDAY: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, Calif.  blend vegetables, fruit juice, plums, and bread.
WEDNESDAY: Ham and potato egg bake, parslied carrots, tossed salad, oatmeal muffin, and banana split.
THURSDAY: Barbecued hamburger, bun, oven-browned potatoes, coleslaw, tomato juice, and fruit crisp.
FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, mandarin orange and pineapple fruit cup, and bread.

TUESDAY: Pork chop, baked potato with sour cream, green beans, applesauce, and bread.
WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, fruit, coleslaw, and garlic bread.
THURSDAY: Roast beef combo, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, mixed fruit, and bread.
FRIDAY: Taco salad with meat, chips, cheese and vegetables, fruit, and bread.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, fruit, and bread.
THURSDAY: Pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, peaches, and bread.
FRIDAY: Ham and potato omelet, tomato spoon salad, cinnamon roll, and fruit.

Meals are served at the Senior Centers at noon.
MONDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, broccoli, pudding with whipped topping, banana, and toasted garlic round.
TUESDAY: Chicken-fried steak with milk gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, apricots, and bread.
WEDNESDAY: Barbecued hamburger, bun, oven-browned potatoes, coleslaw, tomato juice, and peach crisp with whipped topping.
THURSDAY: Crispy baked chicken, company potatoes, baked squash, coleslaw, pears, and bread.
FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, fresh orange or mandarin oranges, and bread.
