HURON — The recipient of the Drelda Kozel Memorial Scholarship and the Dakota Harmony Scholarship is Grace Trautman, daughter of Bruce and Renae Trautman of Huron.
Trautman is a 2017 homeschool graduate, and is a member of the Huron High School orchestra, marching and jazz bands, orchestra, concert choir, Madrigal singers and Tri-M Music Honor Society.
Previous musical activities include Huron Symphony Orchestra, S.D. Honor Choir, S.D. All-State Choir and church worship team.
She teaches piano lessons and is a student of Beverly Bigge.
Trautman will pursue a degree in instrumental and vocal music education this fall from the University of Sioux Falls.
