The annual Turkey Days event took place Friday at the Nordby Exhibit Hall, featuring “Survival of the Unfittest” turkey pot pie eating contest. First place winner was Blaine Anderson, above right, and in second was Maniel Chavez. Other events included youth flicker ball tournaments, plus vendors, drinks and food, with the proceeds to benefit Huron Junior Athletics.
