The Beadle County Democratic Forum will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, at Ryan’s Hangar.

Louise Van Poll, Executive Director of the Dakotaland Museum, will give an update on the book, “Huron,” part of Arcadia Publishing’s Images of America series. She will present excerpts from the book and answer questions. Pre-order forms will be available. There is a 10% discount for book orders pre-paid in July. Order forms are also available at the Centennial Stone Church and the Huron Chamber & Visitor’s Bureau.

Barb Blaedorn, President of the Helping Hands Board of Directors, will present a brief report on the food pantry including number of clients served, food purchases, etc. She also will share a wish list of needed items. The public is invited to attend.
