The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission opened its two-day October meeting Thursday at the Huron Convention Center. On the agenda, among other items, was a final decision on the recommendation to increase parks fees in the state. The commission meeting, which is open to the public, wraps up this morning in Huron.
