Letter – Flowers 12-18-24

To the editor:

After reading Mike Buschs recent letter to the editor, I feel the need to respond.

I think Mr. Busch, who claims to be a Christian, should read the 9th commandment, which says, Thou shall not commit false witness, which means dont lie.

In his first paragraph, he is saying that General Kelley lied about Trump calling service members sucers and losers. This was a proven fact. He mentions Trump saying he would use the National Guard to go after his perceived adversaries. This is another proven fact.

He keeps talking about 19.9% inflation. I would like to see his proven facts on that issue.

Trump did tell people at a speech he gave to a conservative Christian group at Turning Point Action in West Palm Beach, Florida, on July 27, 2024, saying if you vote this time, you will never have to vote again.

He says Trump has nothing to do with Project 2025. If Trump doesnt know anything about Project 2025, why would he appoint the authors to be in his cabinet? Russel Vought, Tom Homan, and Stephen Miller are Trumps latest appointees.

Busch says Trump is going to keep his tax break, which is mainly for the rich. I wonder if this is continued if our national debt will increase another $7.8 trillion as it did the first four years he was president.
