Open to traffic

The barriers were taken down and the stretch of Dakota Ave. S. between Seventh St. and Ninth St. was opened to traffic on Tuesday. For the first time since construction on this phase of the project began in the spring, travelers can travel from U.S. Hwy. 14 all the way through town on Dakota.
