STURGIS — Rapid City Central held on for a 45-34 victory against Huron in wrestling triangular on Thursday.
Four of the six victories in the match for the Tigers came by pin.
Recording pins for Huron were Moses Gross at 106 pounds, Blake Larson at 182, Kameron Christensen at 195 and Tristan Cardona at 220.
Sebastian Cardona recorded a major decision with a 17-6 win for Huron at 285.
The other victory for the Tigers came at 126, where Jaren Sammons collected a win by forfeit.
Sturgis emerged with a 42-27 victory against Huron in the other match on Thursday, but individual results were not available.
The Tigers will remain in Rapid City for the Rapid City Invitational, which is scheduled for today and Saturday.
