BEAVERTON, Ore. — Donald Albert Schultz, 89, of Beaverton, Ore. passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019.
He was born and raised in Huron, and served in the S.D. Army National Guard. He retired from the phone company after 40 years, having never missed a day.
He and his wife, Lorraine had lived in Beaverton, Ore. for the last seven years.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Lorraine M. Schultz; their six children, Debra, Lynn, Daniel, Peggy, Mary, and Karen; 13 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
To the greatest man we ever knew. He showed us what true love was. If it was broken, he’d fix it, not throw it away. He was an amazing wood worker, amazing father, amazing husband, and incredible grandfather and great-grandfather. He will forever be looked upon for his wisdom, humor, and love.
May you Rest In Peace, Donald Schultz. We love you so much and you will be missed more than you know.
