Miller/Highmore-Harrold  48, Ipswich/Edmunds Central 16
MILLER — Miller/Highmore-Harrold earned its first win of the season with a 48-16 victory against Ipswich/Edmunds Central on Friday.
Karst Hunter rushed for three touchdowns and threw for two others to lead the Rustlers, who are now 1-3. He finished with 19 carries for 249 yards on the ground and converted 20 of 27 passes for 251 yards.
Regan Bollweg carried the ball five times for 41 yards for Miller/Highmore-Harrold, while Garrett Knox had five carries for 35 yards and Colby Werdel had four carries for 23 yards.
Dylan McDonnel was the top receiver for the Rustlers with seven catches for 110 yards and a touchdown. Jharrett Bloomenrader had four catches for 57 yards and a touchdown. Joey Simpson had four catches for 52 yards, while Bollweg had three catches for 25 yards.
Werdel was the defensive leader for Miller/Highmore-Harrold with 10 tackles and a fumble recovery. McDonnell had seven tackles and an interception, while Hunter Sporrer had six tackles.

Miller/Highmore-Harrold will face Platte-Geddes in Platte.
Wolsey-Wessington 50,
Tiospa Zina 0
WOLSEY —  Wolsey-Wessington, which is ranked second in Class 9AA, improved to 5-0 with a 50-0 victory against Tiospa Zina on Friday.
Devante Luellman led the rushing attack for the Warbirds with 100 yards. Eric Klanchnik carried the ball for 77 yards, while Marty Gohn had 35 yards rushing.
Lynden Williams was the top receiver for Wolsey-Wessington.
Ethan Nelson had nine tackles to led the Warbirds’ defensive unit, which inked its third consecutive shutout. Tate Haider had seven tackles, while Donavon Smith had four tackles and Brevan Hooks and Tanner Horn each had three tackles.
Sam Shepherd led Tiospa Zina with 17 yards rushing and was the team’s top receiver. Journey Eastman rushed for eight yards.
Defensively, J’ronn Simon had 11 tackles for Tiospa Zina, which is now 1-3. Shepherd had six tackles, while Pery Lufkins had five tackles.
Both teams return to action Friday. Wolsey-Wessington will face Kimball/White Lake in Kimball, while Tiospa Zina plays Hitchcock-Tulare in Hitchcock.
