FREEMAN — Lillian Clara Glanzer, 100, of Freeman, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at Oak View Terrace in Freeman.
The funeral will be 11 a.m., Saturday, April 14, at Salem Zion Mennonite Church located at 27844 443rd Ave. in Freeman. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Walter Funeral Home in Freeman.
Lillian Clara Tieszen was born February 5, 1918, near Marion to Dr. Isaac P. and Katie (Graber) Tieszen. She graduated from Marion High School May 17, 1936. She was united in marriage to Reuben E. Glanzer March 28, 1937. She was a member of  the Salem Zion Mennonite Church in Freeman, and the Freeman Junior College Women’s Auxiliary.
She is survived by her children, Joanne Nickel of Rolling Meadows, Ill., Janet (Jerry) Parnell of Pueblo, Colo., Dr. Elroy (Maureen) Glanzer of Naples, Fla., Arden (Nola) Glanzer of West Fargo, N.D., LaDean Silberhorn of Pueblo, Colo., Dr. Loren (Janice) Glanzer of Salmon, Idaho; sisters, Ruby Waltner of Freeman, and Helen Tieszen of Sioux Falls; 19 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.     
She was preceded in death by her husband; siblings, Albert, Ewalt, Delsie Bartel, and Sally Hieb; and numerous other relatives.
