Praised for selfless act

Students from Washington 4-5 Center were honored at the Monday evening Huron City Commission meeting for an extraordinary act of kindness and compassion that they exhibited at school. Mayor Mark Robish, center, presented Kemrey DeDeyne, Mik Harman, ElliAnah Koerner, Kathryn Schumacher, and Kellen Solem with a proclamation praising their selfless act. Paola Ardon Alfaro and Grace Wipf were unable to attend and are not pictured.
