HURON The Beadle County Democrats met Monday evening for the Democratic Forum.
Guest speaker at the event was District 22 Sen. David Wheeler. Wheeler gave a recap of some of the most pressing issues that came before the legislature and explained about the reasoning behind some of these bills.
He spoke about the budget and about the measures heading to the next ballot to be decided by the voters. There was then time for questions and comments.
Wheeler was commended for his service to the district and thanked for listening to his constituents and researching every issue.
