PIERRE The Huron Tigers participated in the Capital City Qualifier on Tuesday at Phil Trautner Stadium at Hollister Field in Pierre.
The Tiger girls claimed three titles, with Isabelle Kremer winning the discus with a toss of 110-0. Maggie Storm won the javelin with a heave of 95-10, and Reva McGaugh cleared 7-9 in pole vault to place first.
Alyse Davis finished second in shot put with a throw of 34-10. Wai Wai Lin took fourth in the pole vault.
Teagean Lien finished second in the 300 hurdles and fifth in the 110 hurdles for Huron. Carter Porisch and Anderson Porisch finished second and third, respectively, in the discus. Ty Kleinsasser took fourth in the shot put.
