Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC) announced several leadership transitions within the organization’s human resources, foundation and marketing departments, according to Erick Larson, president and CEO for HRMC.
Nicola Larson resumed the role of director of human resources for HRMC, a position she previously held for more than four years while helping lead workforce development, recruitment and organizational culture initiatives. Most recently, Larson served in a focused recruitment role supporting staffing and provider recruitment efforts for the organization.
“Nicola brings a strong understanding of our organization, our staff and the culture we continue to build at HRMC,” said Erick Larson. “Her experience, leadership and commitment to our mission make her exceptionally well-suited to guide our human resources efforts moving forward.”
Levi Kary transitioned from his role as HR director and returned to development and community engagement work as director of community engagement and HRMC Foundation. Kary originally joined the HRMC Foundation in 2023 as executive director and helped lead fundraising efforts, community partnerships and initiatives supporting local health care access and wellness.
“Levi has a genuine passion for relationship-building and community engagement,” said Erick Larson. “His enthusiasm for connecting donors, volunteers and community partners to the mission of local health care has made a meaningful impact, and we are excited to see him return to this important work.”
In addition, Cassidy Frericks was promoted to marketing coordinator for HRMC. Frericks supports marketing and communications efforts for the organization and will help lead strategic communications, digital marketing, content development and community outreach initiatives.
“These leadership transitions reflect the depth of talent within our organization,” Erick Larson added. “Nicola, Levi and Cassidy each bring unique strengths and a deep commitment to serving our staff, patients and community.”
