HURON — The Huron Senior Games, featuring nearly two dozen different events, at four different venues and in five different age groups, begins tonight at 6:30 p.m. with a pickleball tournament at the Nordby Center for Recreation.
Registrations can be completed at the competitor’s first event. There is a $2 cost for the first five events - after that all are free.
Saturday events begin with horseshoes at the Memorial Park horseshoe pit at 8 a.m.
At the the same time, the track and field events - including throwing, jumping, running, walking and more - will begin at Tiger Field.
From noon to 2 p.m., events move back to the Nordby Center, for basketball skills, shuffleboard, bean bag toss and jump rope.
The final event on the agenda is singles and doubles bowling at Fair City Lanes. There is an additional charge for bowling.
